Chocolate Nice Cream
This guilt free chocolate banana ice cream takes under five minutes to make and tastes amazing!
2 bananas, sliced into small rounds and frozen
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Slivered almonds, for garnish
Dark chocolate chips, for garnish
In a food processor or good quality blender, blitz the frozen bananas, and cocoa until it becomes ice cream consistency, about 3-5 minutes. Scoop out your nice cream into the bowl of your choice and top with whatever you like! Chocolate chips, slivers of almond, crushed peanuts, and shredded coconut are all good ideas.
